Work out the five year cost rather than the purchase price: multiply any monthly plan by sixty and add it to the hardware, and the ranking of this page changes completely. And mount lower than instinct suggests. Cameras placed high under the eaves produce excellent footage of the top of a head and nothing a police officer can use, whereas somewhere around eight or nine feet, angled to catch faces at the point people approach a door or a gate, gives you an image worth having.
